MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT
At Nanshy Limited, we respect the human rights of our employees, suppliers, and the communities in
which we operate. We are committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking
from occurring within both our business and supply chain, and we impose those same high
standards on our suppliers. We are committed to upholding the principles contained in the United
Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

POLICIES
As part of our commitment to combat modern slavery, we have implemented the following policies
within our business:
Supplier Code of Conduct;
Employee Code of Conduct;
Whistle blowing policy;
Workplace Violence and Harassment Policy; and
Health and Safety Policy.
Moving forward, training is a key area of focus for us to ensure that the entire business is aware of
the potential risks associated with modern slavery and human trafficking. We will monitor our
development as we implement changes within the business and continue to identify and address
new risk areas.
DUE DILIGENCE
As part of Nanshy Ltd. efforts to reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring within our
supply chains, we require all newly on boarded suppliers to sign an acknowledgment that they have
received the Supplier Code of Conduct, understand its contents, and agree to comply with its terms
throughout their appointment. Our Supplier Code of Conduct is the foundation we use to set
expectations. It is the basis for how we evaluate and help our suppliers meet our high ethical and
quality standards in the procurement of our product and materials.
Our procedures are designed to establish and assess areas of potential risk in our business and
supply chains and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our business and
supply chains.
Internal
All newly hired employees must sign an acknowledgment that they have received the Employee
Code of Conduct, understood its contents, and agreed to comply with its terms throughout their
employment. Breaches of the Employee Code of Conduct are treated with the utmost severity and
will result in disciplinary action.
