The International Make Up Artists Trade Show (IMATS) in London in July is jam packed with exciting things to see and do. There’s celebrity appearances, product demonstrations, and of course all the SHOPPING! But, as we’re all there to learn and grow, as well as to spend, we thought we’d mention some of the highlights of this year’s IMATS LDN so you can plan your days at Olympia to perfection.
Saturday, 12:15 – 1:45pm, Apex Room: Master effects designer Neill Gorton creates classic horror: If you love a bit of horror and marvel at the special effects in your favourite slashers, this is one workshop not to miss! Make up designer, animatronic creator and prosthetics master, Neill Gorton, will be recreating a classic horror character live for you to see. The only question is, who will it be?

That’s right, the Guardians themselves will be in attendance on both days, and on Saturday afternoon you’ll have your chance to put your questions to the panel of designers and make-up artists who created these Marvel-ous looks.
