The compact nature of this Eye Smudger brush is perfect for buffing and blending around the eye area. Buff out kohl liner for a softer look, alternatively load on more kohl and buff out for a sexy rock chick eye.

After application of your brow products use this brush with a concealer to clean around the brow area for perfectly sculpted arch.
